Adata has been around for many years. Also, a lot of these have the same parts as the bigger names. They just get rebranded.

No. A HDD spinning at 7200 RPM won't even rotate its disks 3 degrees in a microsecond. The fastest access times by the fastest HDDs today are about 10 to 15 milliseconds, orders of magnitude slower...

If you want the storage of a regular HDD and this as a boot drive and have a DVD/CD drive, consider getting a HDD caddy and plop the SSD in that. I've done that with my Lenovo so that I get the best...

Seriously... I don't understand why people try to paint with such broad strokes... You need to make sure that your laptop has: 1) 2.5 sata slot 2) 2.5 sata slot height is >= drive height 3)...

You got a point there. I just went to bestbuy and the branded ones are about $20-30 more. I’ll rather pay for those than this brand I never heard of before. I just cancelled my order.
