Maybe in your state (code), but up in these parts (ground on top only necessary in commercial applications).

The phone holding tab won't work if your outlets are installed correctly (with ground pin on top).

Pass..why do I need to use both outlets for this? I'd rather put it at the bottom, but that nipple tab prevents me.
