For me it's not just about oomph. I find the cockpit unattractive and cabin too dark. I prefer to sit higher and have more glass around me.

There's BMW's (ex 328i) and then there's fun to drive BMW's(335, X3 m40..etc). I agree with your sentiment that the 328 is no big deal, however, the turbo 6's are a heck of a good time.

Costco car purchases have a set purchase price. There's suppose to be no haggling.
