sams with dosh cashback is still a good option but CB from dosh is limited to $20 per day. also BB with chasepay plus swagbucks is a good option.

Just to update everyone, I ordered 50 $100 cards yesterday at 2:45pm eastern using the workaround. I just received my shipping confirmation email at 8:50pm eastern.

I placed 2 orders between 7:30 (15 $100 cards) and 7:45 (40 $100 cards) on Tuesday night. The order of 40 cards just shipped Thursday at 3:10 PM. Haven't gotten confirmation for the first order yet.
