Just got a fedex email and my MacBook just shipped! I bet they were just overwhelmed with the number of MacBook sales because they were the cheapest seller at the time of a really good eBay coupon.

I messaged 6th Ave and they said they’re going to process the cancellation now and to check back within 24 to 48 hours. So if I don’t get a refund by the end of the week I will dispute with eBay.
