Mine came up with the same error at first but it was because for some reason they had my work's zipcode as my home zipcode. When i typed the work Zip in, it worked.

Nope...not all Aetna members. I tried to register and it told me to contact my company for Springboard eligibility. So it sounds like it is an additional offering.

I'm Aetna, I'm in my open enrollment period and I can't register on Springboard. Obviously this is EXTREMELY YMMV.
