No expert but the ram speed 2400,3200,3600...etc is one thing but the cas also is another and the lower it is the better so cas 14 and 15 is better than 19. But 3600 cas 19 for 230 seems good to me...

Your other issue will be what speed the ryzen supports. For example my ryzen 3 2200g will only go to 2933mhz. This is a hard chip limit, not a mobo limit.
