Bought these for my Alienware aurora r7 bought during the $799 w/ gtx 1080 deal. Only had a single 8gb dimm before. When I first installed i was only getting 2133 MHz even though xmp was enabled....

No expert but the ram speed 2400,3200,3600...etc is one thing but the cas also is another and the lower it is the better so cas 14 and 15 is better than 19. But 3600 cas 19 for 230 seems good to me...

Your other issue will be what speed the ryzen supports. For example my ryzen 3 2200g will only go to 2933mhz. This is a hard chip limit, not a mobo limit.

Can anyone explain to me what is the difference between 3000 and 3200? I remember ordering one that said 3200 once and I could never get it up to that speed because it would crash

right im saying on ryzen it may only hit 2400 instead of the 3000 you will have try and see if it hits 3000mhz
