it's simple, actually. if you mostly play fps games the lower the dpi the larger heads appear on screen. I use a 40" 1080p ledtv as a monitor. heads in games at medium range are the size of a quarter...

Just saw a 32" curved 1080p at costco for like $180. probably not as good though

Fair enough. My 1080 can't run most shit max at 1440p/144hz. However, this only being 1080p, you're going to notice pixels. 144hz isn't going to fix it. I have an acer xz321qu, the PPI on mine is 93....

Right. The 326H is 144hz for gaming. the 327H is 60hz

In my experience, the pixelation/screen door effect is very dependent on the specific monitor. I also agree with what another person said, that some people can't go past 1080p and still get anywhere...

I actually preferred the screen size of a 27". That's coming from a 32". It just makes it easier to see the whole screen. I don't have to look back and forth now.

Still, anyone with a budget GPU that is limited to FHD would be better off getting a 27" or 24" screen. I've never understood the appeal of a 1080p 32" monitor, but to each their own.

I bought this about 6 months ago and sent it back. I really liked the curve, but colors weren't very good and it was like looking through a screen door. It was strange because I have 2 other Asus 32"...

its for folks with mid range gpus such as 1050 to 1060, fhd isnt that bad if you consider it with 144 hz, smooth like butter

We're all in agreement that if these are gsync compatible (meaning tested and approve by Nvidia) that we put it in the description, right? Not necessarily related to this post.

This is correct. This deal is for 326H with 144hz vs. 60hz for 327H. If you game, go for 144hz.

Edit: Looks like the Amazon desription is messed up for the VA327H, it's not 144hz; the Amazon description says 144hz, but it also says the model is the VA326H, so they just messed which description...
