Correct, no Hub. You DO need a Smart-Life type or APP from either Android Store or IOS Store... and the ability to do the initial Setup on 2.4gHz .

Oh right, I forgot about that. You might have to set ledpower 0 and ledstate 1 in console. Make a note of what the default is, but that should make it blue when it's on (and off when it's off).
