It's a plain vanilla Windows but you can install the HP software from support. If you install the HP Command Center then it still has the "Quiet" option for example - see screenshot.

My bios was f.05!! I updated to f.35 and everything has been good. I have the April Radeon AMD drivers and virtualization enabled. Thing runs great.

Do you happen to know what other remaining issues there are? I haven’t had Radeon cards in decades because of poor drivers. I also read that they hadn’t updated them for mobile Ryzen in over a year.
