Disagree. Actual Net Contents (Fluid Oz.) 9 Look on the product image. It says 9 Oz. Quantity 2 means there are two 4.5 Oz bottles in the package. 1 is the epoxy, 1 is the hardener.

Not really.The Lowes is 9 Ounces (250 gms). This one is 4.5 ounces

I think it is 2 packages of 2 part epoxy. Normal price is about $4 each so this is not really a sale.
