The thing I dislike about these LED lights built in is that you don’t have the option to put a smart bulb in there like Hue. Unless I’m mistaken

This fan only has 1 light, I think most fans should have 2 for sufficient lighting & ideally 3. I just installed that fan that is available at costco, very pleased with that for $80.

Are these LED bulbs replaceable or do I have to replace the fixture when the bulb goes out? Yes, LEDs die so it is a concern in 5 years or with infant mortality issues.

I am trying to replace my 48" with a 60". I noticed the 60"is WAY heavier. How can I tell if the box mount will hold the new heavier fan? The instructions don't say anything besides it must hold...

From my experience, for the amount of effort it takes to install a ceiling fan, it's worth the extra money to get one that will perform well and last. I've become a big fan (pun intended) of Hunter.

Yeah it's going the correct way for the warmer months. It was cheap and I wish I had just spent the extra $40 for a Hunter fan that had quite a bit more output. Ah well.
