Not really, you don't need something that supports 144hz since the hardware can't drive that many frames. It does look like xbox one x supports freesync to some degree, so I'd suggest a 60-75hz...

I have the slightly different version of it, but it's the best TN panel I have seen. When it comes to Freesync compatibility with Nvidia your results will vary.

I tried this and the gysnc variant. The freesync version does enable gysnc, but its laggy and even locked up a few times.
Also, the freesync was way more washed out and almost impossible to get...

I almost ignored this because it's a TN panel but read the Tom's Hardware review and apparently it's so accurate that they say not to bother calibrating it. Damn tempting.

I have the GSYNC version of this monitor, make sure you buy a high quality Display Port cable (If you need longer than 3 feet) otherwise you may have some issues with the higher refresh rates.

So Iām not sure about running a two monitor setup, but I imagine it is the same. I have this and confirm I got g-sync working on it.
