I have two of these 36 inch clamps. They are ok. The beam that supports the clamp definitely deflects quite a bit during use. The 12 and 6 bessey clamps I have are more secure. I wouldn't buy...

I'm trying to transition to getting more ratcheting clamps. These are great and all, but the one handed adjustment on ratcheting clamps makes me a much happier person.
