I don't have one of these (yet, still searching) but with any other WiFi power plug that I have installed you have to turn off cellular before trying to do the Wi-Fi connection.

Finally got around to installing it. Have 2 doors so I bought 2 for the extra sensor. Couldn't get the hub to power up, turns out the AC plug was bad. Tried the other one and it works fine on both...
