Nevertheless, this is a very good vacuum, especially for smaller spaces. It makes cleaning so easy, it's enjoyable, and I found myself using it much more often than the old corded vac.

They lie about the numbers. First it is very optimistic estimate, second you must use simple non-powered head. You can pretty much divide it by half to get actual run time.

I think he meant hot-swappable, not serviceable. For anyone reading, these batteries are not hot swappable, but can be replaced once they die or wear out (with a little knowledge and work).

Yeah that’s what the fluffy head is good for. I can get large popped popcorn with it. Cereal is nothing to it.
