these do go stale pretty quick and you can easily notice it especially with the corn snacks as they become kinda hard and the oils in them begin to oxidize

The "guaranteed fresh" date is likely to be 1-3 months from now at most, so they are VERY likely to be past date by Halloween. They would also still taste just fine by then if kept in a cool dry...

these products do contain EXPIRATION date, is a "freshness" date products like this are so full of preservatives you can probably eat them 200 years from now... they just won't taste as fresh.
