Yeah, this is the M8 which is 90 zones and 600+ nits. It’s a great looking tv too with the boarderless frame. Pretty cool

Likewise, cross shopped the exact two TVs and went with the M558-G1 for the same reasons for $599. Was able to price match during short price drop to $550 (that was icing on the cake)

I’ve had 4 Refurb Vizio’s since 2013 and never had an issue a single one. They’re still going strong. My Samsung bought in 2016 has a backlight issue. Just putting in my two cents.

I wouldn't touch vizio. I work for Best Buy and our store barely sells Vizio. When they do sell about over half of them come back because either they crapped out or complain about backlighting issues.
