Lorex typically carries Dahua OEM products which have the IVS features stripped from the firmware. ( they depend on "motion" detection, and you can specify zones from a grid iirc )...

iirc these cameras have a larger imaging sensor and can take 30fps ( older version iirc is 15 fps at "4K" ) ... though, do double check that as sometimes I type faster than I recall...

I believe there was a similar one that mat referred to. I believe it was 6 camera nvr system for $699. This one is 8 for $799. All other specs are the same or very similar from what i see
