Why would you replace a drum and toner at the same time? Drums last much longer than toner. Also, this units toner cartridge is combined with dev housing, and waste bin. The 53XX, 59XX, Altalink...

Well, the "dry up issue" really shouldn't be an issue with a laser since there is no liquid ink in a laser.
