It's annoying when you pull open or close the drawers, the tools are sliding back and forth. But as someone already said, you can get non-slip kitchen rubber-like liner from dollar store.

Not bad, but they want $6.25 for standard shipping. They have free in-store pickup, but won't let me pick up at the store 3 miles away from me. Would have to drive 50 miles. :(
