How come no one is mentioning all the other non-Delta benefits that are changing? I just received my statement, and they are changing: 1) Complimentary travel accident insurance no longer included...

This card never had delta club access, it was 25 bucks if you had this card. The platinum card has the free access I believe.

The value of Delta Platinum was questionable with $195 AF. With $250 AF it just does not make any sense for majority of people. If you fly Delta, Amex Platinum is the better choice. You can get back...
Yes, you could get into a Sky Club for $29. It came handy if your Delta flight got canceled because the front desk at the lounge gave you immediate good help. vs. all those at the gate who had to...

It was discounted $29 access. Not awesome but for those of us with PP on other cards, it was a nice backup when a PP lounge wasn't available on longer flights. Overall I'm canceling mine at next...

What ! No more Delta Sky Club Access?
I plan on canceling the card at my anniversary anyway but might as well call now and ask for the AF returned due to the changes, can’t hurt anything to ask.

Yeh I don’t think they had club passes like united card where you get two passes a year. I just signed up for this card, got 70k miles targeted offer, still worth it even with changes listed
Yes discounted pay rate was available. You didnt miss much
Access= ability to pay to enter the skyclub. Same for Delta Platinum, the access simply means you can use that card to pay $39 to enter the Skyclub.
