I've never had a issue their customer service either and I've purchased tons of items through them as well. They took care of the very few issues I had with the product in a timely manner

That is one smart cable. Did you send it to the corner for some timeout so it would behave? LOL, I saw intentional before it is now it is intermittent which would not work with the joke.

I bought an HDMI cable from mono price that would intermittently lose signal. I emailed mono and they sent me 2 more which both worked perfectly. I would say their CS is top notch.

I'd call it a decent deal if you need a power bank - my benchmark is $1 per 1,000mAh. It's not quite that good of a deal, and it has no exceptional features, but the price is decent if you need one...

I don't so much mind the slower output as I do the size. At 4.7" x 3.1" x 0.9" and 10.2 oz, it's kind of bulky for the capacity.

Definitely doesn't look slick. Relatively slow 2.4A ports, USB-A + Micro USB makes it pretty mediocre Edit: Actually I'm wrong. One port is rated at 2A and the other is 1A.. So yeah, very slow...
