This blade does not match the blade the link brings you too. The required blade has arrows for the left and right hole connections not a half-moon and circle.

I just picked up 6 at my local lowes for $6.25 (75% off) I used a 14mm socket to remove/tighten the central bolt.

I would NEVER use a torque wrench for breaking bolts lose. I feel as if itll lose its specs. IMHO YMMV

Unless the blade is damaged, just sharpen it in place. Or, block the blade from moving and use a socket (6 pt.) on a 1/2' breaker bar with some Polish Finesse.
