I would NEVER use a torque wrench for breaking bolts lose. I feel as if itll lose its specs. IMHO YMMV

Unless the blade is damaged, just sharpen it in place. Or, block the blade from moving and use a socket (6 pt.) on a 1/2' breaker bar with some Polish Finesse.
