The Sigma 30/1.4 is a great lens but not comparable to the use case for this lens. I used to carry it and this 55-210 as my two primary lenses before I got the 18-135 and the Sigma 16/1.4.

This is an APS-C lens so you'd be using it in crop mode. Next steps would probably be getting a wide zoom or maybe a 70-200mm.

This is an amazing lens. Bought mine new from Ritz Camera for $200 about 4 years ago. I have about 8 lens for my A6300 and ~60% of the time, this lens is attached to my camera.

Pretty sure that was a price mistake. I doubt we'll ever see pricing like that again. Definitely wouldn't compare pricing to the prime day deal.

Not a great lens. Not very sharp with a very nervous bokeh. It gives you a pretty long zoom but only f/6.3 on the long end. Colors reproduction are nice though and its super lightweight.
