They finally emailed back about the missing gift card. They say they will check to see why the gc wasn't delivered. All they need is your phone number.

For people trying to redeem, please check the balance on the cards before making a trip to WM. Spouse and me both got the exact same gift card, and the balance was $0. So most likely someone else...

I asked tmobile and they say they have “international text” block for me. The cards came from random phone numbers, so if they registered as international number, it could have been blocked. It sucks...

I suspect certain carriers blocked the gift cards as spam. Even if you got the code, the gift card text came from a phone number.
