I read that the P45 is the same as the P71 (Amazon specific model). The P71 was around $300 on black Friday on Amazon last year but it I think it was just the keyboard, no stand or bench.

It looks like it's the regular price at Guitar Center and Musician Friend for only the piano. The costco one has bench, pedal, and stand. Not sure how much more that is worth.
