Thats the unlocked model which has 3GB ram and no tmobile band 71 support. The version tmobile sells is the one with 2GB ram and Band 71 LTE.

Just picked up one today for $74. 15 bucks for a 2 year extended warranty. Brickseek showed "limited stock" at this store but they had one left. The manager was very helpful too.
