Looks like there's not anybody to talk to with the phone number. Sucks - I ordered 11/29 and got an email denying my rebate with invalid purchase date. The chat on the rebate site is broken too! Ugh!

Sent in my rebates in a same envelope on Dec 20 and they just received/processed my rebate on January 10. I put 3 upc(s) and 3 receipts in there but they processed only 1. Lesson learned...send them...

Has anyone noticed that the UPC on the pick up receipt is different than what's actually on the boxes. The product names on the pickup slip are correct, however.
