20mb should be plenty for a compressed image. I've never printed on large canvas before, but for reference, JPGs taken directly from my a6000 (shooting at 24 megapixels, or 6000x4000 @ 350dpi) range...

Thanks for the clarification. I did not realize that is what they mean by mirroring. You learn something every day ... I do definitely agree with you that mirroring can look odd.
