The app can be buggy might be best to load thru an account @ tacobell.com ( same login info for the app ) I use it more ( browser) on my phone than the app ( to many issues and lockups ) legit faster...

no you cannot from the traditional sense. but you can pay from your phone anywhere on the planet including inside the store. there is nothing specific in the phone/app to pay at the taco bell...
