With the original battery the Windows estimate while playing youtube in Chrome was 3.5 hours. The estimate with the new battery is 5 hours, but I also had the battery slider on performance this time....

I just finished installing a 3-cell 52.5Wh battery I bought on Amazon. I think it was worth the $60 and I should be able to sell the 2-cell on ebay for $30 or so.

Yes batteries don't charge if above 95%. So take it down below 95% and then plug in again will have it charge to 100%. But 100% all the time isn't good for batteries so no need to do that.
