Just checked the website. This one from Lowes is not the one on sale last year (or 2017). This one is steel, not aluminum. It looks like the heavy one I have in my garage.

both have a 26" top step height, whatever the mfg listed for max reach is irrelevant. They are both steel, and the Gorilla weighs in at 10lbs vs the 11lb werner. Your call, but I doubt you'll go...
