the metal wheels are $5 each if you have to buy them to add on, so that makes this a good deal for $38.

i just put one to use w casters, and I loaded each shelf w 50lbs. no issues. this is not for heavy use like in a warehouse. heck, you'd probably spend more on the casters alone.

The 100 lb rating is only when the casters are used. Without casters, and instead using the levelers, the weight rating is 350 lb per shelf.
