I had the same realization. It’s the best option for the price. It will bottom out at 450 refurb’d based on the history of the x3300 and x3400.

In that case if you leave it on Auto, it should give you 4k as the other monitor is off, it would be the same as it being disconnected - make sure CEC is off.
