YMMV - My local Costco still has the 9oz refill and (2) 3.4 oz sprays for $25. Not available online, link for reference to product only. Doesn't seem like that slick of a deal to me.

16 oz has been steadily dropping in price since October. Lowest price since Feb 2017 it looks, and $8 cheaper than Costco using 15% S&S
