No, I didn't. The 4th is a Medium and you have a Medium in the 3 pack. Small actually works best for me, so getting a 2nd Medium isn't worth the effort.

Mine also has no menu and other papers. No buds on the earphones (they just throw away the used ones). The USB charging cable is loose, but the three pairs of buds are in the case.
