I can confirm that the batteries are interchangeable on the tools The chargers interchangeable.
I can't find a pre-wound replacement spool, nor parts for this item though. Very frustrating.

I have other 40V G-Max products.
It appears the 40V elite batteries need to be charged with elite chargers only, but the battery is compatible with the use of any 40V g-Max device.
Can you confirm...

Fair warning, warehouse products have always been scams for me. I've gotten complete junk in the past when the item is marked as new. You might get a box of rocks instead of this battery and trimmer....

I love Greenworks products, but hate the way they do their model-numbering... am I correct in thinking that ST-120 is the model number for the entire package, but that the model number of the trimmer...

I’ve got this same trimmer and it does a great job for residential for sure. I’ve never had it not get through the tall grass and/or weeds I was cutting. 👍🏻
