I've had Autosave set up to transfer $31 from checking to savings each week and it hasn't triggered yet. Verified the rule is still Active. Not sure why it's not doing it but I guess I'll leave it...

$5 is pretty darn chintzy considering how profitable this bank is. BTW, they pay horrible interest rate. Switch your savings to something like American Express Savings and get a way better interest...

For people that are getting the error, it's possibly only valid if you have a Savings account (may not be valid for checking accounts).
