What does uncut mean in this context? As far as I know, none of these shows had separate censored/uncensored versions when they aired.

When it comes to anime, any version listed as dub or simuldub means you can watch in English without any subtitles. Often you'll just see the word "sub" meaning its in Japanese with English...
