That looks very similar to the emailed order confirmation I received. Mine also shows that "$9.99" bit but that's not reflected in the charge... that $9.99 is, I think, their normal shipping charge...

To be fair this has happened to me with Amazon. But to be fair to Amazon at least returns with them is a no-brainer, I imagine a lot less so with an outfit based overseas.
