Went to a Dyson store near me, they did the $730 version and gave 20% off w/ free dock stand and 2 more accessories. Receipt attached.
Was easier than trying to talk to online rep.

It's shipping now. I spoke to them about the 75 dollar tool kit and the rep told me lowest they can go is 599 since they don't have the free tool kit.
