Yeah, similarly, I was able to snag one last year for $499.97 when they were marked down at the end of June. Paid $350 to install, crew of 3 people did it in less than 3hours.

I assembled a similar cedar summit playset with one person helping me. Most of the process is straightforward, except the slide tube. That was difficult. It is labor and time intensive but doable.
