Dyson is supposed to be excluded from most coupons. The folks I've seen get it from BBB had to call in to CS and had varying results.

This. Need V11 with quick release battery + soft roller. Soft roller makes massive difference if you have tiles or hardwood floor. Tools are much less on BestBuy version.
