Just look at the UniFi product line from Ubiquiti. A USG firewall/router, a POE switch and a few UAP-AC lites or LR's or Pro's if you can "splurge"..
I don't know about routers that support POE...

Be wary this is probably the v5 which is only supported in openwrt snapshots. Still if you just use the stock firmware in AP mode hardwired back to your main router, it's not a bad deal. ...

10 up is NOT trash for gaming. Latency is much more important. If any game requires a 10 up or anywhere near it then the game itself is trash.
