Mine showed up with a smashed screen. No return shipping. Had to load it up in the SUV and drag it down to Walmart for return.

I would stay clear of NO-NOLED LG TVs None of their LED/LCD TVs are comparable to Sony, Samsung. The picture quality is somewhat par with TCL 3 series.
