The 5000 is 2nd to lowest tier but this build is nice and pretty sure the form factor is new and way better than the ones on Dell's site. Ports are weak with no tbolt and HDMI 1.4 (??) but wifi-6, Id...

If I had to I guess, Costco would have a streamlined service where they have you print a prepaid label to ship since they're the mediator between you the customer and Dell or who is the third party...

Don’t know about screen quality but when I have checked with dell customer care, they have mentioned that this laptop is costco’s customization for its customers...
