Search tomshardware reviews of those models, they are all solid choices. And search online and you'll see the changes for the RMx line as well. I used to know but can't remember, top of my head....

As an fyi... I got my RM550X for $54.31 a few years ago due to rebate and gift card that came with it. So a good deal now is basically double priced what a very similar psu was a few years ago.

I noticed the same thing about the bicycles.. no idea why every store is sold out of all power supplies and Walmart and targets in my area have no bikes left. Really odd.
