If anyone is in the Raleigh area there is one 560 left at the Walmart on Glenwood in the outside area. I got the other for $350. It's the 2020 model not the 2021 with the updated charcoal grate.

This deal is still alive with some work. I found a Walmart that had them for full price which I purchased for $497. I was then able to get a price match at another location that has them marked down...

Someone else already answered, but if you end up using charcoal; you can layer in wood chips into the hopper to get some good smoke. You can also throw a ton of wood chips into the ash box too

The only issue for me is the longevity of a Masterbuilt product. Thin gauge metal, cheap paint, rusting. As for the controllers, those can be remedied via firmware updates.
