Compared both the City and the Octave at the store. The City was 22L and the Octave was 19L, went with the City because it was bigger. Both bags are decent for $10 but wouldn’t pay more.

I wouldn't trust it Felt more like a backpack w a pocket than a laptop bag if that makes sense, and I was going to replace an older Targus I had w this one and decided against it

Local store had the octave I get that it's $10 and really any other backpack isn't That said when you see and feel it in person, $10 seems more appropriate as the retail and not sale price

I have been using the city version for 1 yr and recommend it. Use it for work. It holds my 14’ laptop with paperwork, mifi, chargers, cables and water bottle on the side.
